A look at the pixel art, Zelda-inspired action adventure game, Hyper Light Drifter.

Employees at Hyper Light Drifter and Solar Ash developer Heart Machine have unionized with the Communications Workers of America (CWA).

The news comes around nine months after Hyper Light Breaker launched into early access.

Playism has been working with developers for quite some time now to bring their games to Japan. Not only does Playism help with the initial break through to the Japanese market, they also help some indie developers tackle Japanese PlayStation publishing. Games like Screencheat, Momodora: Reverie Under the Moonlight and Assault Android Cactus are just a couple of examples of this. Playism's next title in this line up is none other than the action packed Hyper Light Drifter from Heart Machine. For this release, Playism will also be doing a Japanese Physical Edition, their second Physical title in Japan (the first being Croixleur Sigma). Hyper Light Drifter Japanese Physical Edition will also have English, German, Russian, French, Italian and Spanish implementation. Preorders for the physical disk have already started in Japan, and Hyper Light Drifter is scheduled to release in Japan on May 25, 2017.
