I think every gaming generation has a moment where it becomes “legitimate” in some form. Launch titles can sometimes be underwhelming, little more than tantalizing glances at what could be on the horizon. But then a batch of games come along that put their stamp on the generation as if to say “Oh yes, this is how things are going to be from now on, so get excited!”
Tekken is very much one of those games, even if, as we may find out as this feature ambles along, it perhaps does not retain the same lustre over two decades on from when it first put a studded glove straight into our solar plexus that first magical time.

Nintendo’s aggressive copyright strikes against YouTube creators like Russ from Retro Game Corps are raising concerns about the future of game preservation. As creators bridge the gap by educating fans about legal retro gaming and emulation, Nintendo’s refusal to embrace these efforts is alienating their fan base. Learn why Nintendo’s control over its legacy content is stifling gaming history and how they could build goodwill by partnering with the retro gaming community instead of shutting them down.
Why doesn't YT stand up and say something, they can maybe help with game preservation, because that's the intent. Copyright laws need to change big time, so we as consumers have more rights. At least we can just torrent any rom collection we want very easily, and that is really the only way to go so we can own it. (I have TB's of rom collections 😁)
YT / Nintendo are strange bedfellows while someone like avgn has 20 plus years of content with large portions it's ok because it's mostly original hardware or some weird decision but then mvg has lots of content around emulation how it was achieved or digital Foundry in depth analysis of retro content etc but then channels like those in the article can be targeted there's no rhyme or reason I can find behind it
I don't agree with how Nintendo operates but for the love of god will these Youtubers stop giving Nintendo reach arounds by promoting and buying their products. It is like a sad version of stockholm syndrome. How much clearer do Nintendo have to be, You are not wanted. If you are not happy with Nintendo get together with all the other burned Youtubers and boycott them. Sorry if this seems harsh but this happens on a regular basis with Nintendo and if it was any other company you would be boycotting them, so enough of the double standard moaning.
nintendo needs to chill.
they are the ones gatekeeping their games from us.

Rediscover Player Manager 2 Extra: The Chase For Glory for Amiga and MS-DOS, a football management game released by Anco in 1995, a game where you are both a player on the team and the coach. Is it the best soccer management sim of the '90s?

Since their humble beginnings as text-based narratives, adventure games have come a long way. Over the years, they have evolved and transformed into immersive and visually stunning experiences. Text-based adventure games, or interactive fiction, emerged in the late 1970s and early 1980s. These games relied solely on text descriptions to guide players through a story, allowing them to make choices that would affect the outcome. Computer text adventure games started with Scott Adam's Adventureland, but the most famous one is probably Zork: The Great Underground Empire by Infocom. The company created many other excellent titles, including Starcross and Planetfall, released in 1983.
a classic but the 3d models were terrible back in the day, they all look like synthol users lol
