The amount of variety out there is insane, from the weird and wonderful to the bold faced cash grabs and while experimenting is fun, nobody wants to waste their time in a dud. That’s why I have selected 5 free games from the Google play store to give an opinion on whether or not they are worth your time.

These aren’t nostalgia grabs or gimmick-laden throwbacks. They each bring something genuinely fresh to the table, mechanics that feel baked into the exploration and combat, not just tacked on.
