DF:

John takes one last look at Uncharted 4's multiplayer mode before the game ships in May. How does the new map hold up under pressure?

Ruggadagod3646d ago

Who gives a damn the online gameplay is smooth as butter.

Overload3646d ago

That has something to do with the frame rate.

It's really good taking everything into consideration.

Character animations are superb. Just look at how they react when getting blasted:

I keep finding people making up excuses for ND about this game. It got delayed (2 times) they weren't able to make it 1080p60fps overall (SP & MP) and they can't even maintain the 60fps on the MP? I'm not fine with this and I don't understand with would you guys be fine with it. They're simply not delivering and with any other Dev you'd be all over it calling them out but when it comes to ND everyone finds an excuse because its ND.

First they said 1080p60fps overall, then they were "aiming" for it, then the SP became only 30fps so the MP could be 60fps but with a cost with lower resolution, then they jumped the DLC train and announced it before the game was even finished which gives me an impression they're taken parts from the experience to sell a part like destiny and plenty others.

Sadly I don't trust ND anymore.

Why are you so hung up over resolution and framerate? Do you think the game looks bad because of it? Just trying to understand!

I actually got disappointed with the looks and very surprised on how many times during a session you notice frame rate drops. The "jungle" map has no life at all, there's a part where you can grab a treasure and there's birds near, when you walk to them they almost look like stone, don't even move o.O I don't feed the maps being dynamic as I expect them to be.

Battlefront, which is also 900p60fps, is visually stunning and with no frame drops and even has way more players at the same time than Uncharted.

People attacked ubisoft when they presented watch dogs and then dropped the ball with the final product, yet with uncharted I see people saying it's all good and stuff and saying it's not about the graphics and also not about fps, etc., just because naughty dog.
