Pixel Cheat's Tyler Marshall plays through the demo of The Guest and tells you what he thought about it.

COG writes - The Guest hits a lot of the right buttons for a psychological horror game but is stunted by its short length.

Christopher Cross from BagoGames writes: I recently talked about puzzle design philosophies, and one of my complaints was the use of obtuse puzzles that make no sense in the context of the game’s narrative or setting. The objective of any puzzle game is to make those obtuse puzzles not feel jarring or inappropriate for the scenario. The Guest is a game which manages to employ various types of puzzles to create a mysterious, yet rich narrative.

Hey, you. Yeah, you. You like horror games? Sure, sure, me too. I’m sure you remember February, and how it was a darn fine month for us horror fans. It gifted us with Dying Light: The Following, The Town of Light and Layers of Fear, among a handful of other memorable titles. That was lovely, but you know about March, right? Well, it’s here, and it’s going to be even better.
