once again ps4 with cleaner and sharper graphic

Jonin7Spartan3738d ago

Well you must have 40/40 vision, I can't see a difference.

yomfweeee3738d ago

40/40 vision doesn't mean anything different than 20/20.

And 20/20 vision is "normal vision". So, thanks for pointing out that the average person can see the difference.

CitizenFour3738d ago (Edited 3738d ago )

I think you mean 20/15 vision lol

ChrisW3738d ago

Similar to 20/20, it means is that you can make out at 40 feet what a normal eye can make out at 40 feet.

tuglu_pati3738d ago

PS4 looks slightly better which is expected since its more powerful then the Xbox.

Dirkster_Dude3738d ago

Visual acuity is usually measured with a Snellen chart. The Snellen chart displays letters of progressively smaller size. "Normal" vision is 20/20. This means that the test subject sees the same line of letters at 20 feet that a normal person sees at 20 feet. Doesn't mean a person can't have better vision, but for most 20/20 is "Normal".

i would like to know how they got the perfect split when they are both suppposed to be free roaming if you got 2 people or even one person playing the game on each machine how would you get the exact same movement this looks like what my tv does when i put it into demo mode it gives a slightly darker version of the screen on one half i maybe wrong but it does look a bit dodgy as a comparison to me.

twister753738d ago (Edited 3738d ago )

...and better distance LOD / draw distance...etc...etc...

I wait and see but it does look like ps4 has the advantage in sharper looks and from when they went outside u can see that ps4 version seems to look more atmospheric feel prepared to x1 which looks toned down and the colours look different

generic-user-name3738d ago

"more atmospheric feel prepared to x1"

Feel prepared? Really?

I think you mean, when compared.

MasterCornholio3739d ago

PS4 version looks a bit sharper to me.

butchertroll3739d ago

Cuz Xbone is not full 1080p probably. Same resolution like in FC4

MasterCornholio3739d ago

Thats pretty much the norm with multiplats which is why im not surprised.

Its not like its a huge deal though.

FN4GM3738d ago

It clearly doesn't but I get it, you got one so you have to try.

nowitzki20043738d ago

"look better on xbox"

What does that even mean?

Mr_Luke3738d ago

I looked better on Xbox, and i saw the PS4 version was better

/s

But... it seems better on PS4 anyway. It's a trend now.

This gen the comparison is far less noticeable. Im a gamer first and a ps fan 2nd. Last gen mostly all third parties played and looked smoother on my 360 for about 3-4 years into last gen. Looking at these side by side views even with 20/20 i can tell you despite ever so slight differences im sure the game will play the same on both consoles. Its 1st parties where the leap in atmosphere, fps, resolution, ect can be taken advantage of.

Errorist763739d ago

If anything the differences are bigger this gen!

Dark_Crow3739d ago

Frame rate and performance issues last gen compared to simply pixel differences this gen.

I'd take performance over pixels any day.

Ps4 looks better but these comparisons are a joke...you dont lose anything from gaming on the Xbox.

dirkdady3739d ago

I agree differences this gen are much bigger due major differences last gen at least both were same resolution and minor differences in fps.

Kleptic3739d ago

in the first year or two the PS3 definitely got some really bad ports...Fear, R6 Vegas, etc...those were unplayable framerate wise where as the 360 versions were acceptable...

and then that stopped...people pretended it didn't for a while, but differences between most major releases were on par with each other in nearly all ways...when there were problems, it was on ridiculously bad games that didn't matter anyway...and obviously had development problems entirely...

this gen...no...differences are there...I'm not saying they matter...but almost all titles have a reduced resolution on the xbox one, or a number of other technical differences that are noticeable...not a simple 'well the PS3 version is a little warmer, the 360 a little cooler color wise' like it was for the last 2/3rds of that era...the 360 vs. Ps3 debates were a little subjective in that both consoles had radically different hardware, and both had some credible advantages over each other...

this gen...the xbox one and PS4 are very similar hardware wise...and the PS4 simply has a better gpu and more memory bandwidth...there is no arguing that...

sk8ofmnd3739d ago

No way. I remember some third party games running super choppy on the ps3. The sound was crap, fps was crap, the resolution was crap, hell even the load times were longer. Until about the 3rd year. This gen so what the xb1 gets 720-900p games... Everything else seems to be exactly the same across the board.

Kleptic3739d ago

^then name them...?

Very few games last gen had resolution differences...the only major one was GTAIV in 2008, but the PS3 version had less draw distance problems and hitching because of the HDD...it was hardly the 'lesser version' of the game, with many claiming it as superior to the 360's despite the ding to resolution...

Again, early titles may've...and we all remember the infamous Madden 30fps vs. 60fps. thing early on...but that hardly was a typical instance...

This gen almost all games have a resolution and/or framerate adjustment to the xbox one version...I don't care either way, i don't own either console and it wouldn't matter to me to begin with...just pointing out...playing the current situation off like its 'closer' than last gen is just straight up bs...

starchild3738d ago

It's funny the way some of you can see minor differences between the consoles, but the much much bigger differences between either console and the PC somehow are claimed to be insignificant and unimportant.
