Sometimes you want to explore wild environments while exploring mysteries, escaping flesh eating 8monsters, or even be the monster yourself.

Are you too busy to play long video games? These six best short games for busy people won't take much time out of your schedule.
I really liked the game. Like you guys said, the dialogue is very good and even though your options are quite limited, you feel engaged in the conversations. I don't have a huge problem with the twist though it is a bit jarring when put into context of the build up. I didn't mind the ending either though I can see why people would be left unfulfilled. I accept that the game is about two people who are a bit messed up at that point in their lives and that the events of the game are merely just to provide a small window into their stories. It's not the events of the game that are necessarily the focus but the characters themselves. To me, there are 5 stories being told in the game; Henry's, Delilah's, Brian's, Ned's and then the games events. The manner in which the stories are told are quite intimate and though the climax wasn't quite the crescendo that we expected, the experience was quite profound and I appreciate the work the devs put in to achieve that.
My problem with the ending is that it just feels lazy and is completely uneventful. Everyone that "liked" it keeps throwing out the "it's realistic!" excuse as if that just makes it OK.
Henry getting killed by the bear would have been realistic.
Henry dying from smoke or fire would have been realistic.
Henry falling to his death crossing the gap between his tower and Delilahs tower would have been realistic.
Henry and Delilah meeting face to face...for better or worse...would have been realistic.
So just saying that the end we got was "realistic" doesn't some how just make it perfectly OK. There are a TON of endings that would have been more satisfying that would have been realistic and would have fit with the characters and what was going on.
This game literally had me roaming around for around 4 hours, talking to this chick every chance I could, had me reading and looking at everything I could, having me explore every square inch of the (admittedly small and narrow) map, etc all for it to really, honestly, not matter for a goddamn in the end. I mean, really, with the ending we got it was all pretty much pointless in the end. No resolve. No idea what happens in the end. What the characters end up doing. No closure on any front.
You can call that realistic and "deep" or whatever all you want. To me though it was just outright lame and made me wish I could get my 4 hours of life left.
