Sean Vanaman, co-founder of Campo Santo, the developers behind the upcoming title, Firewatch, sat down with Brandon Jones & Kyle Bosman of GameTrailers.com on their talk show GT LIVE this past week, to bring out his immense enthusiasm for his game and answer several questions, including why you won't be seeing a traditional "Launch Trailer" for his game.

The Steam Winter Sale is now live, and here are the best Steam Deck games you can get for under $5 right now.

Sometimes you want to explore wild environments while exploring mysteries, escaping flesh eating 8monsters, or even be the monster yourself.

Are you too busy to play long video games? These six best short games for busy people won't take much time out of your schedule.
No need hyped enough for this wouldn't watch them myself anyway games relatively short from what I hear so I'll save everything until I'm actually playing. Looks awesome tho from the few screens and early trailer from last year.
Campo Santo say their game is pretty short, around 6 hours so I feel like they may have shown too much already with that 20 min uninterrupted gameplay video. I think they could probably make a clever launch trailer though if they cut it right they can show interesting locations and cool lines of dialog without spoiling anything. Unless its one of those games where the first 20 mins you're a firewatchman but the last 5 and a half hours your trying to escape an alien ship after being abducted.
Firewatch looks awesome, Vanaman is a cool guy. He made the wrong call on the trophies.
Didn't realise there were no trophies but must admit not too bothered it is nice bonus to get them but they can be very distracting however some story ones wouldn't have hurt surely. It's when they make you do things that you would never normally bother trying to do in the game some of them are cool but some are either so far fetched or just ridiculous it's not even worth bothering with, all depends on the developer tho some make really cool and enjoyable trophy lists that are just like an extension of the game that don't detract and were generally things you would be doing others make you kill 100,000 people or play a million matches when most people would give up at a much lower number. Grind grind grind... No thanks.
First time I hear of trophies affecting game sales. That is so bizarre
