Here's a handy guide to teach you tips, tricks, and the terminology of the gargantuan Nintendo Wii U game Xenoblade Chronicles X.
Xenoblade Chronicles X on Switch 2 adds 60fps gameplay and up to 4K resolution through a $4.99 upgrade pack now available digitally.
Playing it right now! It is awesome! Good thing I held myself back from buying this last year. Now I can't wait for XC2 and XC3 to have the same enhancements and upgrade.
Honestly, it’s kind of bizarre how rough native Switch players had it with this game for years. Aside from the original Wii U release, Xenoblade has pretty much been a series that felt better on emulators than on the actual hardware, mainly because of the blurry image quality and unstable frame rates.
It’s good to finally see an official version of the game that doesn’t look terrible and apparently is stable.
This is exactly why hardware matters to a decent extent.
It effectively took a 900p@30fps, maxed it to 1080p, then used DLSS to upscale it 4x in resolution to render at 4K, while also doubling frame rate.

Nintendo has put eight different Switch games on sale, including Super Mario RPG, Xenoblade Chronicles X, Zelda: Link's Awakening, and more.

A Xenoblade Chronicles PC port has been listed by Microsoft as an officially supported Microsoft Game Assist title.
Hmmm interesting. Hopefully true, liking the slowly but surely partnership between the big 3. Just imagine all the xenoblade games officially on pc. I think mcsft going 3rd party but still making consoles fits them.
I don't see this happening. Nintendo has said the "Only place to play a Nintendo game, will be on a Nintendo console!". Yes I know people are using emulators, but that isn't what Nintendo intended.
MAYBE, if Nintendo does decide to port X over, it's because it is an Xenoblade game that is stand alone.
X, is my favorite Xenoblade game in the Series, because of Skells" flying your Skell and battling with them feels great!
Never played a Xenoblade game until this one so these are super handy. Thanks!
Just beat the game 2 weeks ago. 458 hours logged. Of course I did a lot more than just play the story.
Just picked the game up about a week ago and so far it's surpassed my expectations. There is so much depth to the game, the combat is fun, massive world to explore (10x bigger than skyrim I think), decent story, cool creatures. Being a completionist I'm definitely going to go for 100% completion of the game.
