BANDAI NAMCO has unleashed a virtual army of legendary Digimon characters in the exciting new Digimon Heroes! match 3 card battle game.
Digimon Heroes is a new card RPG for the iOS and Android. This game blends RPG and card-battling gameplay, and your goal here is to build the strongest team that you can, collect a wide range of Digimon, and battle against other players and through the many levels in the story mode of the game, earning Digimoney in the process.

I watched the first four seasons, watched the movie in an empty screening, and played Digimon World, Digimon World 2003, Digimon Rumble Arena 1 and 2, and the strangely fun Digimon Digital Card Battle. However, as of recent, the series has died down for me until Digimon Heroes came up on the Google Play Store. For those nostalgic for the series, it is a fun ride as it is a match 3 card game that has you collect the digimon you remember from the past, but due to it lacking in depth, it won’t be as memorable as the games I’ve mentioned previously.

Why not? Something simple can sometimes be fun. Look at Rocket League.
I understand that but we are talking about "mobile" games , this game is the poorly designed one compared to the rest , there's 2 other digimon games on the mobile market :

I kind of wish it was either match 3, or card battles. Still a neat idea I guess.
