Ark Aquatica is the first official DLC to tell a non-canonical mythical story, expanding the ARK universe into new dimensions of survival.

Speaking with Game Rant, Ark director Jeremy Stieglitz outlines the approaches taken to adapting the game's plot for the animated series.

Studio Wildcard has launched a 'major' update for ARK: Survival Evolved's modding software, ARK Development Kit, available now.
After being curious, I checked it out on Xbox One. It. Is. Clunky. Not only clunky, it's clunky as hell. If its that bad on console, I'm afraid to play it on PC. I mean, it's been in development too long for it to look that way.
The UI I have found to be horrendous and the performance, still, is incredibly bad. I know I know it's alpha/beta whatever...still doesn't change the fact that how it is now it still has a long way to go.
I will wait for the game to be finished. Yes the author is right, the gamer is paying to beta test the game. Because we gamers are investing on a game proyect not buying a game.
If they really want it to be a long time favorite, and have any chance at some replayability, they really need to address these issues, because as it stands --especially trying to play online. It's saddening that it's still so clunky after such a long time in "early access."
