When Bayonetta was confirmed as the final character in Super Smash Bros. on Wii U and 3DS, I couldn't help but be amused. Here's a character that's spent two games torturing and spanking (literally, at points) angels from heaven and demons from hell. When a combo move is achieved her outfit made of hair leaves her body to form a giant fist or boot, and she's the heroine of games that have sparked fairly heated debates on the portrayal of female characters - some say she's a powerful woman that is dominating and self-confident, others argue that she's merely a juvenile male fantasy.

I could definitely see a Bayonetta/Dante game. Imagine them initially battling each other before eventually teaming up to take on the big baddies. Now, imagine what their child(ren) would be like.
Bayonetta and Dante I could see but even then with how their lore differs it's a hard sell. For the others...I just can't see it at all.
I feel he's just saying whatever comes to him online

She also played Chun-Li and Major from Ghost in the Shell
oh shit, i did know that the Major voice actress passed away but i didnt know she voiced bayonetta too
rest in peace

The creator of the Bayonetta franchise Hideki Kamiya appeared in an interview and discussed the plans for the future of the series.
I still play because there's still so much to learn.
Even after beating the game and getting every weapon and accessory, there's still so many ways to approach combat that I have yet to master.
It's an incredibly deep system once you really get into it; I don't think I'll ever fully master every trick in Bayonetta's little magic book, but it's one heck of a fun ride trying!
bring Bayonetta 2 to Ps3/4 and Xbox1/360 please
I honestly don't think there are many games on Wii U with this aesthetical ambition like Bayonetta 2. Nothing from the other world, but I love it as it is. The heavy emphasis on water, the detailed, flexible, meticulous and yet simple design of enemies, characters and scenarios fit rightly with the game, which also happens to feel smooth and intense.
It's quiet different from the tone offered by the original Bayonetta, and also why the sequel it's not exactly more of the same.
Awesome game. Many haven't yet played it but a WiiU purchase is worth for Bayonetta 2 alone
