Only if it plays like Marvel VS Capcom 1.
They should make Universe Vs Capcom.
Bringing the whole package in one game XD

They should bring it to Xbox 360 and PS3 with online. Bringing it to Wii is a waste.

Ummm ... NO. There is nothing fanboy-ish about my comment. It's a waste because a fighting game with no online play is a waste. Wii's online infrastructure is messed up to the point where it's not even worth getting online for. Ever tried finding a match in SSB Brawl? Takes forever, and most of the time backs out because you can't find anyone to play with except for that sackbag thing to hit around. They can bring it to Wii fine, but bring it to 360/PS3 as well.

Kigmal,
That way >
It's a waste?
Like if the gameplay is any different?
Why can't it come to all consoles?
That > way please

" It's a waste because a fighting game with no online play is a waste. "

The fact people agreed with you shows how pathetic some people are around here.
Whatever, if you are that narrow minded nothing can help that.
Some games are just best when played with friends at home.
I really dont get why you brought SSB into this.

Where did i say "fanboy"? I would say "troll" but neither did i say that.

I never said it should be Wii-only.

Edit:
Wii's online system is totally up to the Developers.
That Brawl's Online system is slow and not much user friendly for the average gamer does not mean All Wii games with online will be bad.
Even Capcom can pull of a great online system on the Wii.
Their limit is the sky.

long as the game is awesome. But right now,it looks a little underwhelming. Hopefully, the fact that it is currently being tested by experts will probably yield rewards similar to what happened with SF4.

For one, they need to augment the pace by at least 100% and remove this only 'three' attack buttons shenanigan.

would be the reason that I finally crack and get myself a Wii. No joke. I hope it has Condor Joe / Jason in it!

Why the Wii is Such a Nostalgic System in 2026

The Wii is now a retro console. Let’s get nostalgic about an often maligned system.

Crazy to think the WII is to the Switch 2, as the NES was to the WII back then. 20 Year difference.

My wife asks me to bust it out (heh) everyone once in a while to play bowling and tennis with the kids. There was a ton of slop on it but some good stuff as well.

Wii was great but boy howdy did it cause Microsoft to go on a dark walk with the Kinect and the disastrous XBox One launch that they arguably never recovered from.

Loktai33d ago

Not nostalgic for me.. I was there.. anyone who wasnt a little kid realized it was a gamecube with shit tacked onto it, it was the "joke" system and was well below even the switch in terms of comparing it to the latest machines at the time. The machine was well loved by young people and "casual gamers" who now remember it 20 years on, or in most cases more of its sales came in the 15-20 years ago range not right at launch- but again its not nostalgic for people who were "gamers" then really, just for those who ended up with one in their house, the games , graphics, interface and online features were archaic already in 2006.

Star Wars: Shadows of the Empire (1996) Still Feels Like Peak 90s Star Wars

This game along with Rogue Squadron got me into to Star Wars. The release of special edition VHS Star Wars collection was perfectly times on top of all that. 😆

Redgrave63d ago

Because it is.

Please re-release this.

SimpleSlave63d ago (Edited 63d ago )

But it wasn't. Although I do agree that some of the tie-in media, like the novels and comics, were pretty good.

Still, games like Dark Forces, Jedi Knight, Rogue Squadron, and the space sims were peak 90s Star Wars. Shadows fell flat because of the abysmal controls and unimaginative levels. And if you wanted to really experience the seedy side of the universe, Jedi Knight: Dark Forces 2 was peak, and it wasn't even close.

Regardless, and much to my dismay, we got the better version thanks to Ubislop in Outlaws, which is what Shadows should've been, albeit at a smaller scale.

As a kid me and my cousins loved this game . I have great memories with this one and the Star Wars pod racer game .
