The retail release for the heavy-hitting headsets are finally slated for 2016, and plenty of people already have their hands on Google Cardboard headsets. But is this resurgence in virtual reality actually going to be what we’ve been dreaming of, or will it let us down? We here at Gamers Sphere hope and think that it will be the former: we definitely want to get our hands on VR and dive into immersive gaming."

So many bad ideas in gaming but this is not one of them
Happy new year and welcome to new way of gaming.
While I believe VR is the future of gaming, I just don't see it taking off like a rocket right at the beginning. A lot of the slow integration of VR gaming will be due to the entry cost. Possibly next gen, once VR gets cheaper and is bundled in with the console will it truly take off. Depending on the initial cost, and if not too high, I know I will be jumping in with both feet!!
