The DL-44 is a popular weapon but the t-21 is slightly stronger. It's just not a fast rate of fire.
Technically the CA-87 is the "most powerful" weapon in the game. 1 shot kill. It's like a laser shotgun.

DICE could care less. They apparently already nerfed it once, but I don't get the sense it has been toned down much at all. It is really sad what we have gotten from DICE and EA as a Battelfront title. Sadder still is the ABSOLUTE SILENCE from the developers. While I blame EA for the half of a game we got, I 100% blame DICE for not taking care of balance and other glaring game issues.
Really sad. This game does not hold a candle to the old BF games, and frankly should not carry the SW Battlefront name.
