But my favorite 16-bit JRPG was a game developed by Sega for the Genesis called Phantasy Star II—one of the first JRPGs to take place entirely in a science fiction setting. The quest spanned two planets, had a cast of eight characters, and featured dramatic twists that made for some dark commentary on human nature. Really smart and tech conscious move though. I mean everyone is downloading these for free anyway on mediocre emulars on their phone anyway, so do this and you give a much easier and more refined way to do so that not only allows them to browse/discover games they never played but will certainly earn Sega some good publicity to the masses
Mobile...urgh
