Digital Foundry has taken a look at patch 1.02 for Just Cause 3 and records that loading times - on respawns, at least - are indeed "significantly improved". However, those looking for performance boosts may be disappointed.

Some games make up for a lackluster story with excellent gameplay. These are some games with average storylines but great gameplay.
Who decides if a games story is average idefinitely ain't listening to no reviewers. I don't agree with most of then anyway. I think alot of them are to harsh on games so they can get clicks
The pinnacle of bad story but great gameplay is Destiny and Destiny 2. What is the Traveler? What is the Darkness? What the heck is happening? No one knew. But shooting the aliens and robots felt so good.

This week in gaming deals we have Mass Effect Legendary Edition the cheapest it's been so far, along with great deals on other games

Overpowered guns can often ruin the balance of a game but they can also be a ton of fun. Unless you're on the receiving end, of course.
The thing about 30fps is its fine IF it stays at 30, but most modern titles nowadays struggle with even that.
In the case of Just Cause 3, having the game lagg every time a big explosion takes place is unacceptable. I mean half the game is just blowing shit up......
Avalanche stated that this patch was to reduce loading times and fix glitches. The Performance patch will be the next patch as they said they are still working on that.
Thing is, I downloaded the patch and it's taken longer or the same to load. So the patch failed. I was making a big deal about it then got pie on my face as my family saw the ridiculously load times post patch. They turned to me and started laughing.
Thanks Avalanche.
