OtherSide Entertainment has announced System Shock 3, the long-awaited followup to the 1999-launched System Shock 2, for unannounced platforms.
A survey linked on the website can be used to sign up for updates. It’s worth noting that the survey asks users for their preferred gaming machine, including PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, suggesting System Shock 3 may be in development for consoles in addition to PC.

There is a "remaster" (from the looks of it, it looks more like a remake) wich are doing the first game. Then we have these guys, who at least some of them, are former members of Looking Glass Studios.
