well at least it sound like it has more potential than The Dark Knight game that was revealed earlier this week.
Good script, good engine.. off to a promising start, now bring on the first assets so we can "see" what it's all about!
I wonder if Heath Ledger will voice The Joker, wouldn't have high hopes if it weren't him.
Although a next-gen engine, an Emmy Award winning writer, and a completely original script(Hopefully meaning a long game).
From where, the grave? god bless the guy...shame he's gone. Great performance.
doubt they would use the voice from the movie, due to it being a different game.
Heath Ledger's voice won't be in the game, because it's 99.9% likely they haven't even recorded/added most of the voices yet, Symphetic speach (a computers voice like MS SAM'S, or those used in phone automated service, 'press one to get opening times' etc, is used untill quite late in a games dev for most of the parts.
(Apart from in trailers, and demos shown off to the press. This does NOT of caurse, inccluding when a public or even private BETA/Demo hits.)
Also, it doesn't mean the voices aren't recorded early, their just edited, re-recorded if need be and lip sanc.
I want to get a hand's on, on this game ASAP, so I'll try and do that.
Cast Mark Hamill as the Joker and Kevin Conroy as Batman.
