After seven years, Rainbow Six returns as a multiplayer-centric shooter. Was it worth the long wait?

Operation Silent Hunt is a Metal Gear Solid series crossover season bringing a new permanent Operator, limited-time event, exclusive cosmetics, and more to Rainbow Six Siege.
Ubisoft are just mocking us at this point. They can bring us solid snake but they can't bring us sam Fisher

"Six Invitational Paris 2026 was a very different event from last year’s in Boston, but it carved its own, very French path."

Solid Snake is entering Rainbow Six Siege in Operation Silent Hunt kicking off in March! Check out the Year 11 roadmap now.
Why don't you just give it an 8/10 and be done with it? Those 7.9 scores are pretty stupid.
that blood looks so aweful look like paint
Played both beta's, was extremely worried about this game. Still disappointed that there is no single player. The situations are an interesting turn to their campaign and frankly very lazy.
Now with that said I am very surprised that it is very addicting. Played for 6 hours a day since launch and still having a blast.
The game forces you to use teamwork and if you don't communicate you WILL NOT win. Terrorists Hunt imo is the best mode but multi is a blast also
IGN- too many bullets 7.9
Siege is in a very weird place right now. It's gameplay is addicting and different from almost any other modern shooter. What it does well it does REALLY well.
However, the lack of content in it means that unless it receives a steady stream of that free DLC content, it's going to end up exactly like Evolve.
I really want Siege to succeed because I would like to see more games like this made, but the game NEEDS post launch support or it's gonna fail. It's all in Ubisoft's hands at this point.
