Trackday Manager is an online racing management sim that allows you to play against 15 other players, managing races in real-time, with direct communication with the driver.
It’s a good looking game, races are fully rendered, use realistic physics and take place on real world race tracks. You manage your team from the pits, able to fully customise and upgrade vehicles, monitor the race and issue commands to your driver. It should make for a more relaxed experience than your typical racing game, but still action packed, and the 16 player online multiplayer sounds like a blast.
