My picks are ori and the blind forrest, bloodborne and witcher 3. Any of those deserve it imo.

I predict MGS V winning a few GOTY awards cus it's Kojima's last, and I predict Fallout 4 wins a few (because hello, it's fallout) and I predict Witcher 3 winning a few. Specifically at the Video Game Awards I predict Fallout 4

GOTY would have to be between MGSV, Bloodborne, Witcher 3, and Fallout 4.

Multiplayer: Halo 5 is the best multiplayer this gen. But there are quite a few small games like Rocket league that are quite good, and awards usually tend to go to new IP's.

Action/adventure: Rise of the tomb raider

Fallout 4 was put in the nominees before release lets be honest. The game is good but did not meet the astronomical expectations its fan base hyped up. I'd honestly prefer ROTR be nominated with one less pt on metacritic and a quality central character and main plot. The gameplay is sharper and it's details just as defined. ROTR accomplishes and exceeds exactly what it sets out to do and thats the sign of a true GOTY in my book.

Bloodborne is my fav. The game is unique and a new IP deserving.

And while Rocket League is fun as hell, Halo 5 should absolutely win best multiplayer and best shooter. The campaign may have been a slight disappointment from previous installments but (battlefront didn't have one and BO3's was ehh). The multiplayer in Halo 5 is one of the best of the last decade and easily the best of the year. Between the perfectly blanched arena, Awesome innovative Warzone and the addition of big team theres really no competition.

Likely, MGSV and Witcher 3 will care most of the GOTY awards, followed by Bloodborne, I see it also getting many.

Love Fallout 4, but I don't see it getting much.

Fallout 4 will clean up but I'm sure Life is Strange, Witcher 3, Dying Light, The Order: 1886, Until Dawn and Soma will get some as well.

How the f*** could battlefront win?

My choice is Until Dawn.
That game is unique and is a great take on decision making horror games.

Bloodborne no contest.

My biggest let down was Batman Arkham Knight I really thought it would be a contender rocksteady definitely took a step back. I did't feel like Batman as much as I was forced to use the bat mobile that took away from the experience.

The witcher 3 deserves the nod as GOTY and CD Project Red deserves the nod for best developers for their ambition. Could the witcher's game play be a little tighter sure but it delivered the most complete gaming experience this year while other games fell short.
