Should be optional mods like this available on consoles. But it'll never happen.

i've heard there gonna be mods for consoles
"Bethesda says PS4 will also have access to mods"

Mods through the tools which Bethesda provides will be available to consoles. These mods are created by the player base on PC so they wont be available for consoles.
Don't expect to see dynamic setting optimizations come to the consoles as Bethesda already made choices for you for resolution, draw distance, shadow rendering, etc. This is why people play games on PC's so they can play games and adjust the settings based on their individual equipment.

mods like this won't be coming though.

I game on both console and PC. And it's a f#cking travesty that Bethesda released the game in the state they did on PC. It's even worse for us with monitors with 120/144hz (or anything over 60hz), just using a DP cable limits the game to 30fps (unedited) for example. It's uber silly that modders can improve the game this much in a week, while Bethesda couldn't in several years. I think it's time we stop giving Bethesda slack.

This veteran PC developer just released one of the most anticipated games this decade, and it comes with tons of bugs and a serious lack of settings! It's such a sloppy job it's not even funny.

Not to mention the a-hole Pete Hines and his BS'ing, and ofc his trash talk against customers and fans.

Nah. As someone who bought this on PC I say: F### Bethesda.

This isn't a typical mod, it's a dll file so unless Bethesda copies it and adds it to the game itself it will never come to consoles.

I use this and it works great. Certain areas of the game ran at 40FPS for me, and with this mod it pushes it back up to 60. This and the ENB together are great to have.

They need to look at Morrowind and see what the progression should have been from there instead of the regression we got with the next 2 games. They weren’t horrible games but they could have been so much more.

Fallout 4 just felt too streamlined and accessible to me, the perk system was not as fun as it was in Fallout 3, not saying Fallout 3 didn't have issues but 4 just felt like a complete step back.

So the part where you just sold the same games for the last 10 years while you focused on 76 and merch, was not a reset from the "creative" aspect eh? How very Todd of you.

I bought Fallout 4 (I loved Fallout 3) at launch and I couldn't bring myself to finish it or even get close to finishing it. It was soooo damned boring and bland. I played on a very hard difficulty and I had hundreds of stimpaks. One of the only games I've played for a while and not ended up finishing it. I hated it. Just flat out hated it.
