Lenovo's Legion Go 2 handheld PC is getting a SteamOS version this year.

Linux PC gaming is more of a threat to Windows gaming, now more than ever and yet, Microsoft continues to fumble the ball, while Valve is leading the Linux PC gaming charge.
I only use a Steam Deck OLED for gaming so I suppose I'm apart of those numbers, lol
Meh.. I and many others still need Windows for plenty of other apps that I like to use as a hobby, no chance I would ever ditch it unless a direct replacement comes along.
If talking gaming only, maybe? It's not for me.
Fake news. Just another negative article about microsoft. Windows owns the PC and PC game market.

GamingOnLinux writes: "Depending on what region you're in, the Lenovo Legion Go 2 might have already landed and it seems like SteamOS might come officially in future."
Definitely hate Valve and Steam now. All these micro transactions in their games and now basically making it easier for any game.
This is essentially a reintroduced pay for mods they had going a while ago.
This is very disappointing.
This is their way of integrating paid mods into the workshop. It's not as obvious to most people because of the labeling they assigned to it. It basically allows Bethesda to incorporate a system where anyone can upload their "Mods" for Fallout 4/Skyrim and put them behind a paywall. However, the labeling now treats it as like a TF2/DOTA 2 item rather than a full blown "Paid Mod." It's still the same thing they did back in April only it's slighty hidden. It's not going to stop unofficial bug fix mods from getting locked behind a paywall and Bethesda is going to literally profit off of someone else fixing their game.
EDIT: I took a look at the example in the article they posted and it made me sick to my stomach. $4.99 for a texture swap of some pants? Really? If this is the future of gaming then I want out as cliche as that sounds.
Does Valve even remember making Half-Life 2 at this point? Seems like they could just care less about HL3 and are more focused on other development.
The market will speak for itself. Nobody will pay for mods, God knows I won't.
I'm not even surprised, considering Valve has been about making profts in more ways, instead of creating new games due to Steam.
This is just a stealthed introduction of paid mods.
