Jigsaw puzzles are time-tested entertainment for family members and groups of friends to spread out on the table and work on. With a leap into the digital age, Eidos' Puzzle Arcade is an Xbox Live Arcade title that offers a wide variety of jigsaw puzzles for you to solve by yourself or with friends. While it doesn't sound like a must-have, it might surprise you given our first look at the game.
Digital Battle writes: "You'd never think that jigsaw puzzles could make for good console gaming, but the sheer fact that Puzzle Arcade exists on Xbox Live Arcade is all the proof anyone could need. And you too can experience this proof for eight hundred Microsoft points."
Redundent. Pointless. And other words meaning 'Serves no known or useful purpose'.
Not a bad virtual puzzle title, but the real thing simply can't be beat and this lacks the 'fun' factor that is so needed in arcade titles. An admirable attempt, but GamePlanet just can't recommend this one.
