Really great list, there is nothing like a challenge! Some of these guys definitely aren't going to let you get away... I think that too about certain game protagonists, especially in RPGs, like have you not just seen me kill that dragon??
Good list - Nemesis is my personal favourite relentless enemy. But No.1 is a very good shout. As GLaDOS rightly says: "You monster".

In Final Fantasy 8, the giant mech spider X-ATM092 can be evaded until it is destroyed by Quistis, or beaten by a particularly strong party, but in the FF8 demo, this time named X-ATM082, you can run, but you cant hide, and he is impossible to defeat outside of the Quistis event. Terrifying.
