I don't bother going after the platinum if the becomes too much of a chore and makes the game not fun anymore. I hate online trophies so usually don't platinum any games that have with the exception of a few.

There are two more that definitely need to be on this list. Elder Scrolls Online for the Emporer trophy, possibly the most BS trophy of all time. I’d also nominate Wolfenstein 2 for the absolutely retarded Mein Leben trophy. I’d give an honorable mention to Super Meat Boy too.

Speaking of platinums I couldve gotten $20 from the sony reward for my near 20 platinums since they added trophies to the rewards but notice last week I didn't unlocked the challenges before hand and they don't count.

I always felt Lost Planet 2 and ESO platinums were absolutely unfair.

All NBA games are difficult. And I put in thousands of hours into each one of them. Smh

100% Wolfenstein 2? I'm like 3rd from hardest difficulty and took me like 2 hours to beat the courtroom scene because I kept insta-dying.

Dark Souls platinums come to mind. Not because the games are hard. That can be overcome. But because the INSANE grinde to collect weapons, spells, miracles, rings...what have you. Now I'm suffering on DSR because have to collect......😡

Killzone 2 and Resistance 2. This list is extremely pitiful compared to really unfairly hard platinum trophies. Killzone 2 required 2 weeks of dedicated grinding to get in the top 1% of the entire online community. Resistance 2 required and absurd amount of hours to be put in. Both of these games have to be played/platnumed while their services are running. Let’s not get started on games like Warhawk.

The game Pain on the ps3 has been one of the toughest platinum trophies to get, at least for me. I've been working in it for years... only 63% ughhh. Great game though.

Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 is what made me quit trophy hunting. Until that I used to platinum all my fav games.

Burn Zombie Burns has the hardest Trophies but the Platinum would be SFV.

The plat for Mortal Kombat 9 was complete and utter BS.

Resistance 2 and Dead Space 2. I had 2 difficult ones for DS2 and 1 for Resistance 2 which kept from me platinuming them.

The Last of Us. Uncharted's trophies were all single-player trophies, with the exception of playing a specific mode to get you to try new multi-player modes but weren't bad. All of the multi-player trophies from that point on were instead medals so you didn't have to do multi-player if you didn't want to but if you did, you were still rewarded but I got all of Uncharted's Platinum Trophies. The Last of Us changed that and is the only Naughty Dog Platinum I've never been able to get and my OCD is killing me. Why haven't I gotten The Last of Us multi-player platinum trophy? Multi-player.

The 1st Assassin's Creed was a MAJOR Pain getting all the flags in the Kingdom area.
