Persona 5’s release date is going to be announced at Sony’s pre-Tokyo Game Show press conference, which takes place this week. The game is still slated for a 2015 release date, as Atlus PR Manager John Hardin has stated the developer and publisher is trying to coordinate a publisher for EU territories and Atlus has reiterated time and time again that the company intends to hold an asynchronous worldwide launch for the game. With all this in mind, and the impending announcement for the highly anticipated sequel to Persona 4, what will the release date be?

Im really torn between this and Xenoblade Chronicles for my JRPG fix.
I think I am leading twords Persona. I really enjoy the 30 hours I put into P4 Gold but it sucked playing on Vita (ergonomical reasons) so I never finished.
Although, if this gets pushed a ways into 2016, I don't have to think about it......
Probably December. If I remember correctly, The Wii U variant also launches this December. The author doesn't seem aware of the fact that Atlus has notoriously short turn around times. If the release date is announced tomorrow, and its 2015, I would like to see the authors response to the announcement.
Late 2015 for US and JP. Probably 2016 for EU. There have been interviews/articles inferring this previously.
Didn't realize this game doesn't have a release date.
Its been included in enough PS4 2015 lists that i took it as confirmed.
