No one gives any love to regular novas anymore.
The last time that I got hands-on with Supernova, the developers had stressed the RTS elements particularly heavily; in particular, the ability to decide which troops you wanted to build and upgrade— and how—for your lane units. This time the focus of the experience was clearly on playability, and getting the players into the flow of the sci-fi mech themed MOBA.
Today BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment America and Primal Game Studio have announced that their Multiplayer Online Battle Arena with Real-Time Strategy elements game for PC, Supernova, is now entering its open beta phase.
Supernova was simply too hot for just one closed beta, so Bandai Namco and Primal Game Studio have today launched a second closed beta.

The new MOBA game from Bandai Namco and Primal Game Studio, Supernova, is having its second closed beta as well as a livestream on Twitch.
Hmm, I may have to jump into this beta. Good on the devs for running a 2nd one.
Which big publisher is going to take a stab at MOBA's next? At this rate, I'm expecting Nintendo to announce Super Smash Battle Arena within the year.
