TGR's Matt takes a trip back into GTA V's online world and finds things are far better than when he left them. Despite getting killed a lot.

Take-Two Interactive revealed it is pausing development on its Nintendo Switch 2 edition of "Borderlands 4" in its latest quarterly earnings.

O'Dell Harmon Jr. writes: "Before we say goodbye to 2025, let’s take a look back and see what were the most downloaded games of the year. It was a great time for sports, shooters, and some new PlayStation VR2 games. Sports favorites topped the charts in US/Canada and EU, with NBA 2K26 and EA Sports FC26, respectively.
Juggernaut GTA V found a home in the top three for both regions, with new 2025 release Battlefield 6 claiming second place in the US. Fortnite took top place for free-to-play games, and Beat Saber continues its PS VR2 success."
It’s funny to watch the only games EU and USA agree on was Minecraft and back ops 7 both regions on 6 and 7 spot respectively other than that FIFA rules EU
I would like to see a list that has both free to play and paid games together, but at least we have this.
To this day GTA5 is a top downloaded game and it makes me wonder if the industry is really ready for GTA6. I imagine almost nothing else will sell during that game's release window.

Another night of Fortnite with the boys then?
I’ve never played Fortnite GTAV or CoD BO7 but I do own GTAV for PS4/5 because I got them cheap.
i think we should either take those games out, or make a singleplayer list too ha
It's an awesome game, gamer's these days are so spoiled they have no idea how good they have it...
I mean here is a game that nails driving, flying, shooting, all in an open world game.. It's been a blast to play and the next gen version of the game is awesome.. Not to mention all the heist and DLC's have been Free/ Yes FREE... OMG! too awesome for words.
Can things be improved, of course, but it's a well polished game, don't underestimate, what has gone into making this game...
It's going to be hard for another company to even come close to GTA V - there are just a lot of things in there that would be hard for any company to get right all by it's self, (example the driving) but to get them all right and put it in an amazing package, where the gamer has the freedom to do whatever they want... -Amazing Game-
Just one of the small reasons people still play it to this day and still love it, I find new things to do I never thought I would even be doing, like Team death-match in Franklin's house - too much fun...
This game is just Awesome/ it's an Open world Gamers Paradise..
I still get on all the time , drive around go "on call" and help with heists....probably my most played game in quite a while....AND , I haven't even done the story mode yet , so I still got that coming...
*Still wondering how heists were worth the two year wait*
I play from time to time, but I don't get into as much lately. Heists are great, but after playing them so much I'm ready for more heists to be released. Still waiting on that story DLC that we've yet to get.
