
Announced a few days before E3 this year (although unveiled by Electronic Theatre a few days before that), LocoRoco 2 wasn't too big a surprise, but a pleasant one regardless. Unlike Patapon 2, however, LocoRoco 2's E3 showing was quite retrained. In-fact, the title itself didn't even appear at the show, although a series of screenshots were released and, of course, Electronic Theatre managed to grab a handful of new details.
The game is a direct sequel to the original PlayStation Portable release, with the PLAYSTATION3 outing acting as an "offshoot", according to the game's designer Tsutomu Kouno.
