
Bethesda will announce the PC system specifications for Fallout 4 about a month before the role-playing game's release in early November. That's according to Bethesda marketing executive Pete Hines, who said the PC-specific details will be shared possibly sometime in October.

Pete Hines: “Truthfully, I still think Bethesda is just part of something that is not authentic and is not genuine. And that shouldn't be a surprise to you.”
Fallout 4 on Switch 2 offers 30fps, 40fps, and 60fps modes, with graphics settings differing from PS4 and PS5 versions.

BS, they are not releasing them because it will require a very mid range system to max most of it's effects. They don't want to deal with the controversy and admit it started development on last gen consoles, which is why it looks like it does. That being said I am excited for it, just tired of publishers lying.
