Ben from Netto's Game Room takes a look at 7 video games where dying doesn't mean the end, as the story and world simply continue on without you.

The Until Dawn movie has caused some upset because the writers of the original game were not included in the film’s credits.
I think the game writes should be glad... the movie is not that good. Its connection to the game is in name only.
"The PlayStation 3 version was a Move Controller titles and was played from the first-person perspective where the Move Controller served as a flashlight. We have changed this to third-person and a cinematic style with cameras, the basis of decisions was added to investigate and how the story developed exploring the flashlight, and the nature of things. These are the main changes, which in itself is already a great deal. "
Aaaw man, I think I would have dug the Move style better. It almost sounds like PT before PT was even thought of.
I'm personally happy they've done away with the "First person" perspective.
While playing a game in a First person perspective I never care or feel for the character i'm playing as. I always feel disconnected from them.
Having said that, Until Dawn looks bloody fantastic. I can't wait till all of us gamers get to play/experience, what I believe, will be a success!
I love what they've done, it's a real game changer in terms of the butterfly effect, every decision alters story. 9 playthroughs mandatory, Until Dawn offers so many unique outcomes.
It looks beautiful in the Shadowfall engine.
Aug 25th i can't wait! Then we got another scary game with Soma.
