Lol I love how they declined the rumors just to confirm the delay now/:

spacedelete3945d ago (Edited 3945d ago )

they basically lied to the backers it wasn't delayed that is the real story here. where are those fools who were defending them that this wasn't delayed ? i love how they literally lied to their backers.

Seems to be a habit at this point from Comcept/Inafune. Seems he learned a thing or two while working at Capcom, I feel like such a sucker after this and Red Ash...

bouzebbal3945d ago

Inafune is a moron. This is not acceptable!
Vita was waiting for this this year.

Fro_xoxo3945d ago

These kickstarter games take forever to release..

F^ck, I was looking forward to playing it on my Vita this fall.. What a joke.

RiseofScorpio3945d ago

Too many platforms IMO. Takes its toll on resources.

OhMyGandhi3944d ago

and that was back when you thought buying a vita was a good idea!

die_fiend3945d ago

Time for Inafune to start another Kickstarter then!

spacedelete3945d ago

his very sneaky Inafune. instead of asking more money for Mighty Number 9 they start a kickstarter for Red Ash which they were going to use for Mighty Number 9. its so sleazy. expect more kickstarters from this scam artist.

Ocsta3945d ago

Ffs. This was one of my must plays to tide me over till Fallout 4 and Xcom 2 release.

KuroKazuma3945d ago

Man, what a let down this was. I don’t even want to admit what I added to the crowd fund… let’s just say I learned a valuable lesson.

I think a large swath of the N4G community has been in your shoes.

Lol, I literally said that out loud when clicking on this article.

VersusDMC1389d ago

Only tried the demos for both and mighty 9 looked atrocious. Megaman 11 was fun and polished. Never played both full versions but will see it they are on PS Extra when i get home.

Mostly get my megaman fix playing the azure gunvolt games and spin offs. And Maverick Hunter X on my Vita.

VersusDMC1388d ago

Just tried Mighty No 9 again on PSExtra...graphics are atrocious and taking down enemies by dashing into them feels so hollow.

Kickstarter's Gaming Successes Prove Big Gaming Doesn't Know What Fans Want

Kickstarter has allowed game developers all over the world to bring their respective visions to life, while AAA Studios remains out of touch.

TheEnigma3132271d ago

This is very true. Companies like EA, UBI, MS seem to be disconnected from what fans want.

Um I’m not too sure about that check how well those games sold besides the money they got from Kickstarter they didn’t sell nearly as much as most games from publishers (AAA or not).

The unfortunate reality is these days games like Shenmue 3 and Bloodstained are incredibly niche and the only way it could survive is by use of a fan funded website like Kickstarter.
