I immediately stopped reading there.
PC gaming is already years ahead of today's consoles. Next year with Nvidia coming with 16nm. Intel with it's new CPU lineup and maybe this new storage medium. It's going to be awesome to be a PC gamer in 2016.
And on top of that VR is coming. I just can't see how PS4/XBO is going to be relevant for as long as a typical console cycle lasts.
