Sandbox Space Exploration Interstellaria Gets a Release Date

Marcus Estrada writes: "It's looking like a good number of crowdfunded games are finally seeing the light of day this Summer and the release date has just been announced for the sandbox space exploration game Interstellaria. Think of it as a sort of...FTL-like game. Or for us old timers a game that I used to love playing called SunDog. "

Experience the Struggles Of Starfleet Command in Interstellaria - Cliqist

Serena Nelson writes: "I'm not a huge fan of space simulators, but when I caught Interstellaria on Kickstarter the pitch brought back fond memories of playing a similar game called SunDog on my Atari ST. Unfortunately, the nostalgia factor only goes so far in deciding if a game is worth playing or not. I'm not saying that it's a bad game, and it's a great one for fans of the genre, but sometimes taking the plunge with rose-tinted glasses can mean a less than stellar experience."

Didn't know Godzilla is also coming to PC. Might have to grab this one.

My bad, I saw the PC tag and I thought it was. I might get it on PS4 then if the reviews are decent..no biggie.

DefenderOfDoom23962d ago

Godzilla is coming out on PS3 and PS4 July 14.

Also, The Vanishing of Ethan Carter comes out the same day, it looks excellent and deserves your attention, running on Unreal Engine 4, which is exciting.

When reviews for Godzilla come in I'm not so certain that'll be one "you need to play."

Godzilla could be interesting but I am not being fooled by GOW again. For me that game was terrible and one of the few I completely regret. Just my opinion on it

Fooled by GoW? God of War 3 is a phenomenal game with action nearly unmatched 5 years later, it's a technical marvel and an achievement in gaming imo.

God of War 3 Remastered does more than "just 1080/60", dynamic lighting and shadows have been added, some new texture work and graphical detail has been implemented, better anti aliasing, improved camera, photomode, a new gauntlet weapon that has badass grappling moves, supposedly new beasts which u can ride and use to viscerally annihilate enemies (i've heard this), a free dynamic theme, and GoW 1 & 2 free on PS Now for 90days. U can get all of this w/the physical version as well.

Gow 3 Remastered is for those who didn't have a PS3 last gen, ppl who are huge fans, and anyone who wants to experience the most beautiful and refined version of one of the best games ever made. Even looking at compressed low res YouTube videos, if u can not see a significant difference than check your eyes, the PS4 version is crisp and gorgeous.

Godzilla won't be a 10/10 but it should be fun with mp, Classic 1957 Godzilla vs Mothra, Robot Godzilla vs 2014 Hollywood movie Godzilla ect. Epic battles WILL ensue.

Your joking right?
GOW3 launched in 2010 and I did not get it right away because there were too many little kids playing my PS3. And I watch many lets plays on YouTube from beginning to the end.

Fast forward to 2014 GOW3, Medieval Moves and Uncharted Drake's Fortune was on sale @ 3 for $20 used.
Played GOW3 first and guess what... I was still blown away by how magnificent this game four years later. It was amazingly grand in game design and vision. Truly one of the best made games of all time. There was never a boring moment. It was near perfection.

People love the game yes I know. For me I am serious that I regret the purchase and thought it was awful. I HATE QTE's, period. Even in a game where the action is as good as GOW there were so many, as it is part of the games style that it absolutely ruined it.
