Rocksteady :PC Performance issues - we hear you

Hi all

We're aware that some users are reporting performance issues with the PC version of Batman: Arkham Knight. This is something that Rocksteady takes very seriously. We are working closely with our external PC development partner to make sure these issues get resolved as quickly as possible.

We'll update this thread when we've got more info to share.

Thanks

After so many delays, Rocksteady still managed to release a broken game on the PC.

Rocksteady can go **** themselves.

Meh.. I shall play DMC while I wait for this thing to be fixed.

How is DMC PC version? Is it a broken game?

It's pretty awesome. I ran it at 1440p on a single 660Ti at 60fps wayback when.

Well, I guess their game isn't...

"This is something Rocksteady takes very seriously"
Could have fooled me. Seems like there was no testing involved on the outsourced project. Just because you outsource the work doesnt mean you shouldnt test it, because at the end of the day your name is on the game's cover. The least they could have done is run it on a few different AMD and Nvidia setups

Am I the only one who love good broken games? The price drop faster and the devs usually release free DLCs to make up for it. Look at Unity for example. All I had to do was wait for two months and I got it for $20. The same goes with Drive Club. By the time I'm playing them these broken releases they're are running great and loaded with free content.

So you're happy that they release broken games and give you content they cut out of the game in the first place to try and make amends? What?

Better idea... instead of working with your 12 person pc team to fix the problem how about ROCKSTEADY fixes the problem. Arkham City/Asylum seem to run just fine.

I would also add Risk of Rain 2 as long as you don't stray too far from a power source as each run can be long as the hours melt away. Another thing to note is that based on the reports, the FPS may drop into the 40s if a lot of enemies are on the screen.

There is also the Half Life series. If you haven't played half-life before then you can do so now at the super low price.

Mafia was amazing looking and had a great story. Played flawlessly at 30fps as well without dips 99% of the time.

The same is true for Jedi Fallen Order

Sony games as also on sale. Picked up Rachet and Clank, cant wait to try it!
