Looks good can't wait, I've wanted a new arcade racer for a while something similar to midnight club and this looks like it will be epic!

starchild4011d ago

Looks really good to be honest. Definitely entered my radar.

November is one packed month.

It looks really good and all, but I can't help but think it's going to have those horrible NFS:Rivel driving physics. And also that unfixed camera is so bad. Looks like a mess. Also the live action acting is over the top. Remember how that went last time? Not so well. I don't know I'll have to see more before I buy.

Edit: mind you its not all bad. It looks good and lots of customization.

Say no to DRM and required online for single player.

Don't buy this game people. If you don't you will not be able to play it if you have no online connection and you will own an expensive coaster once the servers are shut down.

showtimefolks4011d ago (Edited 4011d ago )

That's sad but with lot of gamers want to go all digital, if that's the case than having a net connection will be must

I don't like drm but that again my console is always connected to the net anyway. I was hoping for a reboot or a new beginning for need for speed, and this looks like a great game

I would love to know how many next gen consoles are always connected to the Internet. I would imagine the number is quite high

In no way am I trying to defend EA. But believe it or not, as move forward. This will become the new normal thing

Xavior_Reigns4011d ago

A lot of the current consoles HAVE been connected but are not always connected. If my internet speeds weren't crap, my PS4 and Wii U would always be online. If consoles fully required online always, XBO & PS4 wouldn't be anywhere near 30 million+ sold. The infrastructure is simply not there and is not always reliable.

Also the game will have a shelf life, once EA shuts those servers down the game will be useless.

EA: Why no one buy our live service games???

Bought Codemasters .... absolutely mismanaging them the traditional EA way ...

Oh ea... Your ability to destroy everything you touch will never cease to amaze me. I guess Madden is still going but only because the people that play it are not very intelligent. That, or they're masochists that love getting screwed.

underground 1 and 2 are still the best ones.

And they're spent every game after that trying to chase that high and never meeting it

Ninver529d ago

Makes you think if gamers are looking to relive nostalgia or each dev that has attempted to mimic the glory days are just incompetent?

DarXyde529d ago

Truth. Loved Midnight Club.

I wouldn't be mad at another proper Underground or Most Wanted (PS2/X360) entry though.
