So should I get this game? Most coverage seems rather positive.

tacotruck4013d ago

Yeah, it's worth picking up if you enjoy having fun.

gerbwmu4013d ago

It's a ton of fun and has just enough variety included so you dont get bored. The game feels a incomplete as it stands but the promised additional content is already being released. It's getting almost nonstop play in my house so far. If you are at all interested then I'd grab it

Alright, I'm sold. Time to dust off the Wii U and get to squirting.

Yeah man it's an awesome game. When you start the game, put some good headphones and you'll see what I'm talking about.. I felt wayy better spending the money than, when I was buying Advanced Warfare at Early Access. The game its not depressing and it feels like a good old platformer with colorful visuals. It's for all ages, so don't be discouraged by those who say it is. P.S. Buy the physical copy, so if you don't like the game, you can sell it in the future but I doubt it becuz it's already a Ninty gem. This will be one of the Nintendo games, that will remain almost at the same price with little price drops, for the future years, like Zelda games. So jump in already, because your missing out. (Sorry for mygrammar, I'm in a hurry)...

Why Is Splatoon So Popular In Japan?

How, exactly, did Splatoon reach heights rivalled only by Pokémon in Japan? New IPs from the House of Mario appear as often as shiny Pocket Monsters, yet typically move comparatively mediocre numbers or fall into relative obscurity behind the premium marques of Mario, Animal Crossing, Zelda, and Pokémon. Take Pikmin and ARMS, for example, which we adore but struggle to compete with the tentpole franchises when it comes to sales numbers or mainstream mindshare.

So, again, how has Splatoon risen to become one of Nintendo's most important series in Japan?
