To me it's still quite remarkable how they can cash-in 5.3bn in revenue in a single quarter, since their hardware is basically dead.
The stock mark is what makes Microsoft remarkable, They have convinced every institutional and retail investor to just keep piling money into them. Like many big tech giants they are just a big growing pyramid scheme. As long as people keep dropping money into ETF's that cover the market Microsoft will always be liquid. At the same time it is completely stifling innovation and competition. People need to start being more discreet in how they invest their money as it's killing the system.
Riiiiight because people will just flock back to them for one or two games per year.
15+ years of bad performance is what they call irreparable in business. It is time for them to sell off the assets and get out of entertainment.
These declines are on the back of extra revenue received from releasing games like Forza horizon 5 on PlayStation. So I’m being sarcastic here when I said they should go back to exclusives. Killing off a revenue stream from Ps5 sales will only make things worse

I have both, but nowadays I prefer playing on the PS4
The best advantage of PC gaming is mod support, but the best advantage of console gaming is convenience and low maintenance.
Im lucky to enjoy the best of both worlds. Both have their pros and cons. Prefer PC for multiplats and modding while I use consoles for gaming with friends and exclusives.

In exclusives not always the case, in number of exclusives Sure, Korea is pumping out 10 pc games alone. In truth, You would need one of each platform to play all the best games, ever made.
I would say pc is more future proof spanning outside of a console's life cycle. Nearing 3-4 years you would want some standards to progress. And at the same time you would want these standards to pass over to older games as well, otherwise you spend extras on 4 and 8k versions of games when they're locked to each device.
DLC is also a problem, Spending lots on it for each device only to keep each device attached to it.
Consoles get ease of access out of the box, PCs can get ease of access to games via configuration. (Steam and a couple game services provide boot options, and entertainment UIs.)
Consoles get optimizations, PC can receive both optimizations plus options.

I enjoy playing on my xbox and Ps over my gaming PC even tho I have a 980 ,I enjoy earning trophies and achievemnts since the steam trophies suck

There's a headline destined to grab attention. Everyone on N4G already has their opinion on this and I doubt that will be swayed by this article. Each have there pros and cons. No need to argue or try and justify why one is better or worse. Gaming is gaming, whichever your platform we all do it for the same reason. Entertainment and enjoyment. From an iPhone to a gaming PC, doesn't matter where you find it.
