Fable 2 is gonna be a GOTY contender no doubt, looks fantastic!

Looks like GTA the RPG, and that`s not a bad thing.

Seems like you can do a lot and have fun with. Hope it does well.

i dont think people are understanding this game is going to be amazing and possibly the best 360 game this year.

I like most of it but sometimes it doesn't feel serious enough. I mean come on, a "fart" option again? Now I know the argument for it is that "the game can let you do lots of things so it will play the way you want it to", but there have to be at least 10 more worthy "emotes" that didn't make the cut in favor of Peter Moleneux's juvenile brand of potty humor...

But will this game be able to outshine FF13 on the Xbox 360?

Me, personally, I prefer western style Rpg's because they are typically more customizable and less linear.

Although FF13 looks good on the Xbox 360....right now I think that Fable has the potential to become a title on par with the Xbox 360 FF13 title.

It's an open world RPG from the British. When it comes to fantasy the British practically invented the genre. I am excited and looking forward to both Xbox 360 titles, Final Fantasy 13 and Fable 2.

Hmm...I'll say that as of right now the FF series has a larger fanbase. But Fable 2 could generate a large fanbase, the fanbase for Fable is somewhat large. I would say anything is possible, but in reality FF13 will probably out sell Fable 2 on the 360. Who knows.
Personally I don't like JRPG's, I prefer Western ARPG's. I've never, never likeed turn based RPG's

Fable 2 will be great. Everything is looking smooth. I am amazed at how crisp the graphics look and Lionhead still has 3-3.5 months worth of polish and tuning.
I think Lionhead has managed their time with this title much better than they did with Fable.

Remember when Xbox was exciting.
Mass effect, Crackdown, bioshock, gta iv DLC, halo and gears when it was fresh.

Not all first party but some beach hitters as exclusives. I remember it was the only gen I didn't buy a Sony console first since the PS1 since I both couldn't afford it and the games looked and ran worse because devs didn't have a trip on the cell.

PS3 eventually became my preferred console that gen with infamous being my favourite game of the gen and the 360 making it clear core gamers were no longer a priority while don matrick tried to appease the Wii crowd to come play on Xbox instead of the Wii and eventually smartphones.

But man that first 3 to 4 years or so was magical for the 360.
