that LA Noire is still around:)

eagle216511d ago

We might see more about L.A. Noire.

TheColbertinator6511d ago

The "Illumination" engine in L.A. Noire is truly impressive. That and Mafia 2 could stop the EA purchasing machine.

Chad Warden6511d ago

They really need to start talking about L.A. Noire soon.

redwingsrock6511d ago (Edited 6511d ago )

L.A. Noire that's still a ps3 exclusive right!?!

staub916511d ago

Yes, I believe so, but I guess anything is possible.

Next, on Microsofts hit-list

Mario.

Ri0tSquad6511d ago (Edited 6511d ago )

There's a possibility that it can come to MS. Don't be surprised if it happens.

Superfragilistic6510d ago (Edited 6510d ago )

I'm based in Australia and Team Bondi has been ramping up recruitment on LA Noire for the last six months, with resume requirements including "experience with multiple platform toolkits." Make of that what you will. ;)

rafaleon6511d ago

No it isn't, to be honest it never was.

addic6511d ago

what are you talkin about?

its definitely a ps3 exclusive...and ever was

rhood0226511d ago

Actually it was. At the end of last year, Take Two claimed that the PS3 was getting L.A. Noire and an unnamed, new IP as exclusives. Yet it was being pushed back to early 2009 in an early 2008 financial report.

However, a few months ago, the bastion of game "journalism," CVG claimed otherwise, saying it was going multiplat. Yet offering no proof. So obviously rampant speculation began.

Hopefully McNamara is as far away from this as possible he set up shop in Australia then did nothing but complain about Australian labour laws while trying to make his workers live at the office working 24/7 on la noire punishing them for leaving at 3 am and being 10 minutes late to work at 9am the next day.

It's astonishing that none of the workers went to the fair work ombudsman as the studio would have been fined astronomical numbers

porkChop677d ago

Brendan McNamara is a brilliant writer and director but he should never, ever be in charge of a studio. What he did to those devs was far beyond "crunch", and it went on for, what, 7 years? That's insane.

But I'm glad to see some of that team have come together again to create something new. A psychological thriller sounds right up my alley.

anast677d ago

I would have liked to see a new noir game.
