Fallout 4.... all that is left for me is for Liverpool to finally win the league again!!! List almost complete! :)

Danniel14061d ago

Well, you can have Fallout 4.

Pogmathoin4061d ago

Yeah, I know for sure that will come first..... ;)

_-EDMIX-_4061d ago

Fallout 4 is likely to come out fall this year as Fallout 3 was announced 6 months prior to its release.

It very much could be released this year.

WizzroSupreme4062d ago

If Bethesda's hosting its first E3 conference, than what could it be other than Fallout 4?

Eldyraen4062d ago (Edited 4062d ago )

As much as I want Doom, Dishonored 2, etc it just makes most sense they chose the conference for Fallout. It doesn't mean it will release this year though but I hope so. They could very well announce Fallout but wait to release it as it will sell no matter when they do it.

However I think they're showing a lot of anticipated titles and not just one. Bethesda created/published several fantastic games (and some stinkers with potential) so they may be going bigger now. I wouldn't be surprised to see a few small titles or even an ESO expansion show its face (game releases soon for consoles--get some hooked and then use expansion as the next big thing to add to interest for both pc/console players).

If Fallout doesn't show though they know the Internet will bash them for wasting time on a conference no matter what they bring to the table.

UnHoly_One4062d ago

There is no way they scheduled the conference to talk about one single game, no matter how big that game may be.

I would imagine will get a bunch of different stuff first... Doom, Dishonored, etc...

Then they will drop the Fallout 4 bombshell as the big finale.

spacedelete4062d ago

Fallout 3 and New Vagas remasters lol.

Omnisonne4061d ago

I hope so, Fallout 4 holds alot of weight and it sort of makes sense hosting a seperate event for it.. Unless they got a whole bunch of new games to announce (Doom for sure) there isnt much point in having your own event

Elder scrolls
dishonored 2
doom
brink 2 lol
rage 2
rogue warrior 2 lol
wet 2

Eldyraen4062d ago (Edited 4062d ago )

Besides Rogue Warrior I would dig any of those games.

Brink had good mechanics but unless Brink 2 was F2P (or a $15-20 budget game) it would need a huge facelift to ever make it a viable franchise. If the original had a campaign half as good as the game trailers before it ever came out it could had been solid. As it stood it was a decent game that just lacked content enough to warrant making it worth buying.

Rage was pretty awesome all the way to the finale imo so didn't understand all the hate it received (besides initial technical problems).

I never played Wet for some reason although I followed it for quite some time--probably same more many out there.

The rest or even a surprise Prey 2 (or new game based on P2 videos) would be awesome though.

UnHoly_One4062d ago (Edited 4062d ago )

All Brink really needed was

1) Solid netcode - The lag was terrible if you had more than 6 or 7 people in the game for some reason.

2) A damn lobby - Their decision to not implement a traditional lobby or party system resulted in making it a horrible test of patience trying to get in the same game and on the same team with your friends.

Otherwise the game was really fun.

Eldyraen4062d ago

Wasn't aware of net code issues as I only played it during a Steam Free Weekend quite a while after launch but it seemed to run fine by then.

I doubt I'm the only pic gamer that only played it due to a free weekend so I'm bit biased as it didn't cost me a dime. I liked it but not enough to pick it up when the weekend was over.

UnHoly_One4061d ago

Maybe the issue wasn't on PC at all. I played it on Xbox 360.

Tex1174062d ago

Actually, it very well could be this year. Bethesda is pretty good about announcing a game, and then delivering it in the same year.

jmac534062d ago

Skyrim was within the same year, although that was an excruciating long wait.

Revolver_X_4062d ago

Excellent point. Im hoping Fallout 4- holiday 2015, and Doom- Spring 2016

Omnisonne4061d ago

Fingers crossed. But I know I shouldnt..

But I will

They need to look at Morrowind and see what the progression should have been from there instead of the regression we got with the next 2 games. They weren’t horrible games but they could have been so much more.

-Foxtrot198d ago

Fallout 4 just felt too streamlined and accessible to me, the perk system was not as fun as it was in Fallout 3, not saying Fallout 3 didn't have issues but 4 just felt like a complete step back.

mastershredder198d ago

So the part where you just sold the same games for the last 10 years while you focused on 76 and merch, was not a reset from the "creative" aspect eh? How very Todd of you.

lukasmain198d ago

I bought Fallout 4 (I loved Fallout 3) at launch and I couldn't bring myself to finish it or even get close to finishing it. It was soooo damned boring and bland. I played on a very hard difficulty and I had hundreds of stimpaks. One of the only games I've played for a while and not ended up finishing it. I hated it. Just flat out hated it.
