We’re really excited to kick off the new week here at High Score Reviews with a slightly different brand of interview than what you may have come across on other gaming sites.
Recently I was lucky enough to make the trip to Jagex Game Studios in Cambridge, the UK’s biggest independent game development studio. There I spoke to Mark Ogilvie, the design director on the world’s most popular massively multiplayer online RPG: Runescape.
Mark and I spoke about all manner of topics; from the history of the studio and the origins of RuneScape, to the landscape of the UK games industry and the trends he finds the most compelling.
The entire interview is available now, powered by a platform called Interlude, which makes the whole thing interactive. The structure of the interview is decided upon by you; pick exactly what you want to hear Mark talk about, exactly when you want to.
