Chinese developer and publisher Tencent Games have released a new trailer for their motion-controlled action RPG, Infinity Blade Saga, at their UP2015 Tencent Interactive Entertainment Annual Conference. Only the second half of the trailer is the Xbox One version, the first half is for a newly announced mobile version.

Top officials have held internal meetings to assess whether Tencent's investments in U.S. and Finnish gaming firms pose a national security risk, the newspaper said, citing several people familiar with the deliberations.

It looks very much like Tencent does not want to tangle with Sony on this one.
Why would anyone want to copy one of the most boring and blandest video game franchises ever anyway.
I thought from a video I watched saying that Sony and Tencent was working together to put out a Horizon game in China. But Sony backed out of deal for some reason. But not sure ?
Wuchang is clearly a soulslike but it has its own art style and slight twist on gameplay. That’s respectable to me. That should be the minimum. But when someone clearly ripsoff every aspect of a game I don’t care who made it I won’t buy it and they should have legal problems. Why not put the extra effort to make it clearly your own when you are spending so much time and money to begin with? It can be similar and still be your own. But this isn’t a Horizon-like it’s clearly a ripoff.
