i knew all of these but tuneup is great like kingboy said it just like one click i also recommend sysspec is utility that is free and its not a trail also like tuneup but not as complex as it just keep shortcuts to windows hiden utilities

This is an excellent but very basic guide for new users of Windows Vista. The problem is I think most (if not all) N4G users are pretty clued up on Windows, this is better on a site like Yahoo Answers or AOL help!
