Like most MMO's The Elder Scrolls Online began as pay to play, plagued by bugs and glitches many players ended their subscriptions never to return. Now patched, working and on a free to play model is it time to take a second look at what this mighty MMO has to offer?

"Nothing is off the table right now."

The latest update for the game has arrived with loads of new adventures for gamers.
The Battle for the Writhing Wall has begun! The event is now live, and it lasts until the Writhing Wall is destroyed. Band together with your fellow players to progress the event for your server and ultimately bring down the wall on your platform and region!
Skyrim was one of my favourite games last gen. When they wanted a monthly subscription I wasn't interested in this game anymore but now that they have gotten rid of It, I'm interested in trying it out.
I'll wait for the reviews. I'm kind of interested but I'm worried about the console version being a bloody mess.
Honestly, if you're an MMO fan, it's well worth the investment. When I played it was buggy as hell but you could see glimpses of a great game and it has without a doubt the best character progression system I've seen in an MMO.
On the other hand though, if you're an Elder Scrolls fan who values the freedom of doing whatever you want, stay away from this game. It's a theme park MMO where you're practically shackled to the leveling area you're in, any attempts to wander too far will be met with a swift death from higher level mobs.
Free to play model? Last time I looked you were still going to be required to buy the game, you just wouldn't have to pay a subscription which is still required until March 17th..
Was hoping since the announcement for consoles that they would drop the monthly fee, and as soon as they did I was ready. Can't wait for this, though I will give it a week or so before buying to see how smoothly it runs on consoles at launch.
