Velocity 2X Developer Futurlab is ready to share something new, and apparently it’s something big, as it was revealed today by Creative Director James Marsden.
During an interview with DualShockers, James Marsden discussed developing for Switch and how it could be seen as a PS Vita successor for indies.

I'm guessing a PC/Steam release in the near future. Got the first Velocity game on Steam, would love to play the sequel sometime soon.
