Globe & Mail game reporter writes that there are only four games that have made him hold onto his Dreamcast, and now that two of those games are being remade/re-released for the Wii and Xbox 360, the reasons to retain Sega's beloved but defunct system are dwindling. From the story:
"Now my only excuses for keeping my Dreamcast consist of Space Channel 5, a game in which a pink-haired, long legged space reporter engages in a series of dance-offs against mind zapping aliens, and Seaman, a game narrated by a sober-sounding Leonard Nemoy that's set in an aquarium and stars an egg that hatches into a man-faced fish with whom players have conversations via a microphone.
Actually, scratch Seaman. That description sounds creepy, even to me. Just give me Space Channel 5 on Xbox Live Arcade or the PlayStation Network--or, better still, a Samba de Amigo-style remake--and I'll put my up my Dreamcast on eBay tomorrow."

Assassin's Creed's Ezio and The Witcher's Geralt have been excellent guest characters in the Soul Calibur series.

Soul Calibur IV launched worldwide 15 years ago, bringing with it the best performance of the series to date.
Hell no. It was the start of the downfall (SCV) of the series. Huge downstep from the giant SCIII
Used to love this series, probably my favorite 3D fighter, perhaps together with the now also dead Dead or Alive (2-3-4), but as with so many games in the fighting genre, their short-term greed (season passes) has made me lose all interest, sadly …
Loved Number 2 and 3( loved all the solo modes like chronicle of the sword ) so was super hyped when 4 came out but the lack of single player content was disappointing. Still love soul calibur to this day though

With loads of new games on the horizon and a recent price cut, we think there's never been a better time to own a Quest 2.
You mean the price cut that isn't really a price cut. They started out with PREDATORY PRICING to kill competition. Then raised the price to stop the losses they were incurring for that low-ball price. Then lowered the price after jettisoning thousands of employees jobs and more competition on the market? Great time. Lol. The price cut is the same price they started out with.
Not only that, but most games announced are also coming to PC and PS VR 2 that will look and play much better. Yeah. And where's GTA? Lol
