Originally developed as an Xbox 360 exclusive, Enchant Arm tells the story of young enchanter-in-training, Atsuma -- a boy destined to become the world's most powerful magician and the guy who is supposed to save the world.
The folks at FromSoftware have announced the official release date for the PlayStation 3 version of [eM] -eNCHANT arM- in Japan. It's currently scheduled for a January 25, 2007 appearance with a retail price of 8190 Yen ($71 US).

At Gamestop Enchanted Arms goes for $20 new. Follow the link to see.
hehe, i actually got it monday...there was no way i was paying $60 bucks for this game, but 20 bucks i can live with. It's not half bad after you get out of the horrible voice acting...
edit: the funny thing is that a blank blu-ray disc costs more than this game
I played this game and I deeply regret doing so. 20 bucks is kinda pricy, the gfx will make you vomit and the voice acting will give you diarrhea. That being said if you idea of a good time is getting the flu this is your game. For god sakes the entire world is brought to its knees because of a curious dog (i wish it was a joke)?!?!?!?

Enchanted Arms is a capable and often enjoyable role-playing game, but it's also one that you'll likely forget as soon as you finish it.
The PS3 version of Enchanted Arms includes an additional 30 golems that aren't available in the Xbox 360 version of the game. Other additions to the PlayStation 3 version of Enchanted Arms include the use of the Sixaxis motion controls, as well as a few minutes of additional prerendered cutscenes.
Another significant change to the PS3 version of the game is that it's missing the online multiplayer mode included with the Xbox 360 version. It's not a significant loss though, since the online play in the Xbox 360 game isn't especially compelling.
If you have the patience for it, though, you'll find that Enchanted Arms is a solid addition to the PS3 library, even if it isn't a very original one.
6.8/10 (PS3) (6.8/10 Xbox 360)
Jesus, when in the hell is the PS3 gonna ever have something worth the purchase. I mean comon, were in April already 4 months later and still nothing. I dont wanna hear another excuse either like all games suck at launch. Give me a break, look at the Dreamcast and 360 launch titles there were some great games. Condemned, Kameo, PGR, King Kong, PDZ etc. and just look at the reviews they got compared to PS3 games. Either the games have been weak or they are ports we already played on the 360 a year ago, comedy. I would feel pretty cheated if i was one of the fools that rushed out and got a PS3 at launch for 1 lousy game. Im just waiting for PS3 to start coming out with some games already so i can go get one but still jack sh@t has come out. Sony can kiss my fricken @ss!

Months ago, From Software and Ubisoft delivered the Xbox 360's first traditional turn-based RPG. With random battles, plot driven exploration and loads of cinema driven special battles, the arrival of Enchanted Arms was a good addition for the genre on Microsoft's system, which only had Final Fantasy and the epic Oblivion for fans to experience. Now, months later, Enchanted Arms is making its way to the PS3, marking the first turn-based RPG on Sony's Cell-driven system. However, much more than a basic port of the game, the PS3 version has received a number of subtle gameplay enhancements to take advantage of the Sixaxis controller.
I must say it's a good game. No graphic marvels like 1080p@60fps or such but a tantalizing story and a nice combat system if you are in to TB combats. Good humor mixed with the more serious matters happening in the game story.
If you like JRPGs this is a good game, and as such you should know about it as well. :)
MS has lost a few "exclusives" to the PS3, but ONLY with games that have already COME OUT on the 360, and are merely ports. The exclusives SONY lost, will come out concurrently on the 360. Sorry Sony, but THIS generation, you only rate getting MS leftovers.
